Delivery is digital through the website checkout and WooCommerce order/download flow, and may include downloadable files or customer account/order access where available.

Personal and Internal Business Use License

OperatorCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased product files for your own personal use or internal business use. You may install and use the framework in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and other compatible AI platforms that you personally use or operate for your own business.

No Redistribution or Resale

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, upload, bundle, sublicense, give away, transfer, or make available the product files, framework files, guides, examples, modes, commands, conversations, or related materials to another person or business.

Intellectual Property

OperatorCraft retains all intellectual property rights in its products, frameworks, guides, examples, website content, product names, and related materials. OperatorCraft materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of OperatorCraft intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content and Platform Responsibility

OperatorCraft products are designed to help structure your use of compatible AI platforms. OperatorCraft may use AI-assisted drafting, editing, and production workflows when creating or improving products and website materials. Payments, Delivery, and Refunds

Purchases are processed through the website checkout using WooCommerce and Stripe payment services. Digital product access is generally delivered after purchase. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy.
