Executive Strategic Operator Lite is a digital AI Operator product. Because access to downloadable files is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered.

If you have trouble accessing your files, email support@operatorcraft.com with your order email and a description of the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact support@operatorcraft.com for review.
No Results-Based Refunds
OperatorCraft does not offer refunds based on lack of business results, revenue, growth, or subjective outcomes. AI Operator products support decision-making and execution, but results depend on your context and implementation.
